Preparations are underway for this years festival. We’re having a year off at the Top and Tail gallery to give us a chance to do other things. This year I will be basking in the opportunity to have a good look round all the other galleries for a change! And I will be doing a stall at Fete for the Wicked, on the Sunday. I will have my usual array of illustrated jewellery, with a few new designs and other nick knacks so come along and say hi! The festival is not one to be missed, I assure you!
Sunday 1st August 12-6pm
Artist-run Stalls, Mobile Galleries, Projections, Psychic Portraits, Quack Doctors, Performance, Vintage Fashion, Photographic Tombola, Large Interactive Puppet Show, Illustrated Jewellery, a Lucky Dip in a Skip, Decima Dogs, Olympic Dust, Burning of the Wicker Man and much more.
Info about the fete HERE.
Info about the festival in general HERE. (The site doesn’t really do it justice unfortunately, you really just have to come and see what’s going down!).
I have just set up a brand new online shop on the wonderful Etsy.com!
Mostly for my range of illustrated jewellery, and digital prints of my illustrations.

Here are some pages from ‘Migrate’ magazine, from South Africa. The magazine featured work from new artists based around the theme ‘sign of the times’.

I’m excited to announce that my range of illustrated jewellery will soon be stocked by Lik + Neon! Situated just on the corner of Brick Lane and Sclater st, London. It’s a great shop with loads of designer goodies and it’s also home to 3 cats! Stop by when you’re next in the East. My jewellery range will be on sale from late October. : )
Just for fun, although one day I would like to design some out of this world boots like these…! Note: the horrible brown colour is actually a sexy gold colour!

Last week I went along to The Print House in North London to help fellow illustrator Christina Guitian with her mural. : )
Plans are currently underway for our summer exhibition at the Top and Tail gallery in Hackney Wick. The show will be curated by a group of us from our studio block, and it will feature work from 15 of the East london’s most exciting emerging artists. The theme this year is the London Gin Palaces of the Victorian era, and it has been approached using a variety of drawing, video, print, and photography. For more info visit the Top and Tail blog! See you there…
